Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays, Monday - Friday and usually take 3.5 working days. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined at the time of ordering. Estimated delivery date assumes orders are placed before 1pm Monday - Friday. Orders you place with Holly International after 11am on Friday or during Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday.

Some addresses in Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and IoM may have a delivery surcharge based on the size and weight of the order. Orders to addresses in these locations will also take a day or 2 longer to arrive.

This table is intended as a guide to delivery charges only, for accurate delivery charges please use the shipping estimator which calculates delivery charges based on weight, size of items to be purchased and postcode. The estimator can be found to the right of the shopping basket page.

Late Deliveries & Other Problems

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that your order meets and hopefully exceeds your expectations. Of course, in rare cases things can sometimes go wrong and we will always do everything we can to rectify any problems in a quick and satisfactory manner. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any resulting additional expense you may incur for late or failed deliveries unless with our prior written agreement.

For pallet deliveries, if no one is there to receive the goods and the delivery has to be re-booked this will incur a re-delivery charge.

If you experience any other problems with your order please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do all we can to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your Holly International order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept the return of unused or defective products within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Please contact us prior to return. Returned products should include any original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Unless returned goods are damaged or defective, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
