Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries normally occur only on weekday, Monday - Friday. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined at the time of ordering. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 2pm Monday - Friday. Orders you place with Shop N Easy after 2pm on Friday or during Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday.
Some addresses in Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and IoM may have a delivery surcharge based on the weight of the order. The shipping charge will be shown during checkout. Orders to addresses in these locations will also take a day or 2 longer to arrive.

Late Deliveries & Other Problems
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that your order meets and hopefully exceeds your expectations. Of course, in rare cases things can sometimes go wrong and we will always do everything we can to rectify any problems in a quick and satisfactory manner. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any resulting additional expense you may incur for late or failed deliveries unless with our prior written agreement.
If you experience any other problems with your order please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do all we can to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your Shop N Easy order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept the return of unused or defective products within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Returned products should include any original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A restocking fee may apply.
